Jeep Tour to Wahiba Sands and Wadi Bani Khalid
One of the most fascinating, full-day tours provides a unique opportunity to enjoy a jeep safari in the desert Wahiba Sands and visit Oman’s greatest oasis - Wadi Bani Khalid.
In the morning leave for the jeep tour to the desert. The Wahiba Sands is famous for its multi-colored sand which varies from black to honey-golden and even to white. Our experienced driver will show you his sand dune-driving skills.
During the winter the Bani Wahiba Bedouin tribes live here in the desert. Their traditional houses can be seen after an adrenaline-fuelled jeep-safari across 150-meter dunes.
Afterward, proceed via a mountain road to the colorful oasis at Wadi Bani Khalid, located between the desert and rocky mountains. White rocks frame the oasis and lakes of turquoise water invite you to ‘take a dip’.
